It will be treated with arthroscopic removal of intra-articular fibrous adhesions and debridement of fibrous tissue around the patella (knee cap) and quadriceps tendon (to improve extension) and by arthroscopic division of the medial and lateral retinacula( to get the flexion).It should be followed by a intensive and scheduled physiotherapy.
